Chicoree Salad

Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 persons as side dish or 1 person as main dish.
- 1 chicoree
- cottage cheese
- 2 sun dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
- nature yoghurt
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Put a few spoons of yoghurt in a bowl, add olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend together gently.
Cut the chicoree in small rings, 1cm thick. Chop the dried tomatoes.
Add the chicoree, dried tomatoes, and a few spoons of cottage cheese to the bowl and mix with the sauce.
